By activating, purchasing, or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.
1. Account Eligibility and Verification
True Information: To access our services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, email, phone number, and physical billing address.
Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request government-issued Identity Proofs at any time to verify account authenticity and mitigate fraud. Failure to provide valid verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WHMCS client portal credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Strict Content Prohibitions
Host Relio provides high-performance hosting utilizing LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, and NVMe infrastructure. To maintain server stability and strictly comply with the laws of the land, we enforce an absolute Zero-Tolerance Policy towards prohibited activities.
A. Categorically Banned Content
The following website types, niches, and content categories are strictly prohibited from being hosted on Host Relio’s servers:
Adult & Pornographic Content: Any website containing pornographic material, adult content, links to adult networks, or sexually explicit media.
Unauthorized News & Video Platforms: Digital news portals, video streaming platforms, or media outlets operating without valid registration, licenses, or compliance as mandated by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), Government of India.
Government-Banned Entities: Any website, application, or service that is blocked, banned, or restricted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), or any competent Indian court/authority.
Pirated & Copyrighted Media: Torrent sites, illegal movie/video streaming links, cracked/nulled software/scripts distribution, or platforms violating Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
B. Technical Server Abuse
Resource Abuse: Running automated bots, crypto-miners, massive scrapers, or excessive background processes that cause server degradation and affect other tenants on the shared/reseller environment.
Spamming: Sending unsolicited mass emails (Spam) is strictly prohibited. If an account is found sending spam, it will be terminated immediately.
Malicious Software: Storing or distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or phishing pages. Our Imunify360 system automatically scans and mitigates threats.
3. Immediate Action, Suspension, & Data Forfeiture
If any client is found violating the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or hosting any prohibited categories mentioned in Section 2:
Right to Terminate Without Notice: Host Relio reserves the absolute right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the hosting container without any prior warning, discussion, or notice.
No Refunds: Accounts suspended under law violations, government bans, or hosting illegal content will not be eligible for any refunds under any circumstances. All paid amounts will be forfeited.
Data Forfeiture: Upon suspension due to illegal activities or prohibited content, the client forfeits all rights to server data access, automated backups, or content migration.
Legal Cooperation: Host Relio maintains a proactive stance on cyber-safety. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies, cyber cells, and statutory bodies, including providing client KYC, IP logs, and verification data upon receiving official directives.
4. Billing, Payments, and Gateway Policies
Payment Gateways: All financial transactions are securely processed via authorized third-party gateways, namely Razorpay and Cashfree. Host Relio does not store credit/debit card information on its servers.
Invoicing & Due Dates: Invoices are generated prior to the renewal date. Failure to pay an active invoice by the due date may result in automated suspension of hosting services.
Data Deletion Post-Due Date: If an account remains unpaid past the grace period, Host Relio reserves the right to permanently terminate the hosting container and delete all associated data from the server.
5. Backups and Data Loss
Client Responsibility: While Host Relio performs automated system and client data backups on a weekly schedule for disaster recovery purposes, these backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Independent Backups: The Client maintains ultimate responsibility for keeping independent, off-site backups of all website data, databases, and emails. Host Relio shall not be held liable for any data loss or operational downtime.
6. Limitation of Liability and Uptime
"As-Is" Service: Our hosting services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis.
Limitation: In no event shall Kreone Empire Private Limited or Host Relio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, disputes, or arbitration arising out of these terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
